Land Use Scheme
Municipal document that sets the zoning categories and parameters.
The Land Use Scheme (formerly called the Town Planning Scheme) is the legally binding document that sets out every zoning category in the municipality, the primary rights, consent uses, and development parameters (coverage, FAR, height, building lines).
