Who we are
Landlodz (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African planning services company.
We were founded to fix a simple problem: land use applications in South Africa are governed by one national framework, SPLUMA, but are administered by 257 municipalities that each run their own forms, tariffs and processes. Most people never find the starting point, and many who do give up part-way through.
Landlodz sits between the applicant and the municipality. We combine SACPLAN-registered town planners with a structured intake and drafting process, so every matter is prepared to the same professional standard, whether it is a single garage consent in a small town or a multi-erf rezoning in a metro.
We are a registered company under the Companies Act, 2008, we invoice in our own name only, and we work by EFT with no card gateway. Every application is owned by a named planner who is accountable for it from intake to decision.
What we do
Applying for rezoning, consent use or a subdivision traditionally means navigating fragmented municipal systems and compiling lengthy motivational reports. Landlodz collapses that into a single workflow - talk to a planner, complete one intake, receive a SPLUMA-aligned report, and let our planner lodge it on your behalf. There are no logins or portals to manage: your planner keeps you updated directly by email and WhatsApp.
