What we do
Registered planners
Every application is prepared and lodged by a SACPLAN-registered town planner. Your assigned planner keeps you updated directly by email and WhatsApp, including who is handling your matter and any decisions.
POPIA compliance
Personal information is processed under POPIA (Act 4 of 2013) with documented lawful bases. Email consult@landlodz.com to request an export or deletion of your data - we respond within 30 days as required by POPIA.
Audit trail
Every intake change, document upload, planner action, payment and municipal correspondence is timestamped and stored for full traceability.
Encrypted infrastructure
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to applicant files is restricted by row-level policies - only the applicant and the assigned planner can see a file.
Payments
Landlodz invoices clients directly and is paid by EFT into the Landlodz company bank account. No card details are ever collected or stored, and planners never invoice or take payment in their own name.
