Removal of Restrictive Title-Deed Conditions
Old title deeds often carry restrictive conditions - for example 'one dwelling per erf', 'no business', or set building lines - that block a project even when the zoning would otherwise allow it. Removal of restrictions is the application that asks the municipality, and the Registrar of Deeds, to remove, suspend or amend those conditions.
Landlodz drafts the motivation, runs the required notification, lodges the application and coordinates the conveyancer for the deeds endorsement.
