Municipal Planning By-Law
City-specific by-law that gives effect to SPLUMA.
Each municipality adopts a Municipal Planning By-Law that sets out the procedures for land use applications under SPLUMA. The MPBL controls process, fees and forms - but not the substantive zoning rules, which sit in the Land Use Scheme.
