Smallholding
Agricultural property typically 1-20 hectares outside townships.
A smallholding is a small agricultural property, usually 1-20 hectares, registered as a farm portion outside a proclaimed township. Smallholdings have agricultural zoning by default and require rezoning for residential or commercial intensification.
